When will my order ship?
Your order will usually ship with in 1-4 days from the day you placed the order. You will receive an email when your package has shipped. Orders with more than one item may arrive in multiple shipments. Rare exceptions make occur if a product is out of stock.
Where do products ship from?
Depeche-Toi sources products direct from artists and manufacturers from around the world to provide you the most unique products at the best prices possible. Most orders will ship from the USA.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow 2-10 days for delivery to the USA and 12 - 21 days for delivery to the rest of the world.
What do you charge for shipping?
Depeche-Toi offers free shipping in the USA on orders over $15.00. You may also select a shipping method via USPS during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please ensure you during checkout you enter your entire address, including any applicable postal codes.
I thought shipping was free but I was asked to pay a fee at delivery. Why?
Our shipping does not include customs or duties that are imposed by your country. Any duties, taxes or customs will be your responsibility to pay at delivery. Unfortunately, we are not able to pay these fees for you and any such fees are charged by the country it's being delivered to. If you have any questions, please contact your local government for assistance.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay.
What company will deliver my order?
Most orders will be delivered via postal services.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, in most cases, we are able to provide tracking numbers once you order ships. However, some countries will do not support tracking one it enters their borders. Do not fear, you will receive your order.
I am tracking my order and it does not show activity in a while. Where is it?
Our customer service agents sees the same tracking information as you. In some cases, international orders can take up to 6 weeks to clear customs. Most likely, your order is still in transit from one country to the next. Once it arrives at the next port, airport or destination, the package will be scanned and the tracking information will automatically update. If it has been over 7 weeks, please let us know and we can try to ship your order again.
I made a mistake on my order. How can I fix it?
For any corrections on orders, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you. If an order has already been processed and shipped, we may not be able to make any changes.

Our office is located in Asheville, North Carolina. Please note however that orders will ship from around the world and not just from our office.
